On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the courage it takes to serve—and the courage it takes to live authentically.

At VoteVets, we believe anyone willing and able to serve this country should have that right.

Their service is real. Their sacrifice is equal. Their commitment is undeniable.

Proud of our governor for continuing to embody the principle of loving ALL of our neighbors - not just the ones that look & act like you
Our LGBTQ+ community needs to feel loved and supported. As the first Kentucky governor to attend the state fairness rally, I am proud to keep showing up and standing with my fellow Kentuckians.

Hate has no place in our commonwealth or country. Let's keep showing love.

Reports are coming in that Trump-era ICE agents have arrested even American-born citizens during raids. If you’re just heading to work or the grocery store, how would you prove you’re an American? This is getting out of hand—Americans have a right to privacy.

Success is to get up one more time 💪🏻
Friends, it’s so easy to become demoralized as we suffer blow after blow from this admin. It’s ok to take a breathe and unplug. Then get back into the fight. We still have tools to use. Hit the streets. Get to town halls. Be loud. #speakup

Medicaid covers nearly half of all births in KY each year.

Republicans want to slash this to fund tax cuts for Trump's billionaire friends like Elon Musk—whose net worth is 66,000 times higher than last year's KY Derby purse.

We continue to fight for mothers and babies across the Commonwealth.

A big reason we chose to live here is excellent public schools and libraries! Kids deserve better. It’s almost like they want to keep people (esp. minorities) in poverty, reduce critical thinking skills, and increase unplanned pregnancy - keeping women tied to men and out of the workforce. 🤔
The Department of Education helps kids get the quality public education they deserve. Gutting it jeopardizes their future and the future of public education across Kentucky.

Want to know how vital Department of Education funding is to YOUR school district? We have a fact sheet for that.

Dismantling the Department of Education has nothing to do with improving outcomes for our kids, it’s simply about taking away resources from our public schools.

I had a really mean art teacher in elementary school, and there are two things that I have learned to be true. 1) Be careful what you say to children, because you are programming their inner monologue for adulthood. Lift others up and help them learn, rather than criticizing & putting them down 1/2

Happy International Women’s Day! Creativity has always been a form of rebellion. However you express yourself — your work matters. YOU matter. Keep making, keep pushing, and keep proving that art is powerful. Our voices need to be heard now more than ever. 💪

Tariffs will directly impact a lot of small businesses who make handmade goods or get custom products manufactured with their art. Most of our materials are imported, even the fabric Spoonflower prints on. We artists have worked so hard to try to carve out a space, and this is disheartening.
"Tariffs should be used as a scalpel, not a sledgehammer. Donald Trump's blanket tariffs on Canada and Mexico are a sledgehammer, and they'll raise costs for Kentuckians across the board, including the price of gas, groceries, and housing."

If you worked for 18F and got fired, Group together to start a consulting company.

It’s just a matter of time before DOGE needs you to fix the mess they inevitably create.

They will have to hire your company as a contractor to fix it. But on your terms.

I’m happy to invest and/or help

The war in Ukraine has always sat heavy on my heart. While we claim Polish heritage, the city my family were from changed hands a lot, and Ukrainian influences are heavily sprinkled into my family's history. To say I am embarrassed to be an American right now is an understatement. Slava Ukraini!🩵

“Our costs would rise substantially for components where we don’t have a good option to either replace it domestically or from a country that’s not being subjected to tariffs.”

Kentucky manufacturers would be pinched by Trump's tariffs — and that means higher costs.
