Very sad to read this. Stand by Me was such an iconic film for me growing up in the 80s. Such a great director.

Trains in this country really are a joke. We pay inflated ticket prices for services that are always delayed and cancelled. Major disruption two days in a row. Why are shareholders getting rich off our misery?

Nothing patriotic about painting roundabouts and sticking up flags everywhere. It’s a racist movement trying to disguise itself in patriotism. These people do nothing to unite or improve the lives of people in this country. They are frauds.
NOTHING will prepare you for this 45-second story arc. From "I'm just doing this because I love the flag, it's totally grassroots, and I'm not part of anything political"... to who actually gave him the flags the night before.

It’s astonishing to see so many people wringing their hands at Labour’s lurch to the right and their disappointment in their year in power. The centre fails to listen to those of us who knew this is who the party is under Starmer and they are part responsible for the rise of Reform.

It’s unacceptable that Coventry is planning on using Palantir for social care. The company that assists Israel commit genocide in Palestine and aid Trump is mass deportations should have no place in the UK.
