Labour is making a huge mistake by blocking Burnham. Putting their political survival above what the country wants. Get the 🍿 this is gonna be bumpy.

Awful what happened in Minneapolis. Cold blooded murder compounded by the Whitehouse intentionally spreading lies about Alex Pretti. Just harrowing.

If there was a lie detector attached to Trump it would have blow apart in the first 1 minute. Fact checkers have their work cut out for them

The man running the US is threatening to take a country by force all because he didn’t get the Nobel Peace Prize. How thin-skinned and self-obsessed do you have to be to make such threats. Ridiculous.

Jenrick is a charlatan, a liar and expressed vile, racist views when he visited Birmingham. It seems to me he’s found his natural home in Reform.

These so called moderate Tories defecting to Reform - either opportunistic (they have no scruples) or they’ve been deeply racist all along.

Very sad to read this. Stand by Me was such an iconic film for me growing up in the 80s. Such a great director.
The director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead at their home in Los Angeles on Sunday. He has said that falling in love with his wife inspired him to give “When Harry Met Sally…” a new ending.

Falling in love with her inspired the director Rob Reiner to give “When Harry Met Sally…” a new ending. The Reiners went on to work together on movies and political causes.

So tell me again how Nigel Farage, who just took the largest ever political donation, from a Tory mega-donor, and another donation from the Viscountess wife of the non-dom owner of the Daily Mail, is planning to "take on the establishment"

Labour’s tax on savings is not the answer. Penalised for saving for the future, really? What are they going to do when they’ve blown the money gathered from this and yet we’re still in the mess we’re in? No vision. No answers.

Trains in this country really are a joke. We pay inflated ticket prices for services that are always delayed and cancelled. Major disruption two days in a row. Why are shareholders getting rich off our misery?

Only in America, the supposed home of free speech, can you call for the euthanasia of homeless people and have nothing happen but criticise Trump and comment on Kirk and be removed permanently from the air. The crackdown on opposition should worry us all.

When asked ‘how we can fix the country ‘ or ‘come back together ‘ Trump answered he ‘couldn’t care less’. That says it all and explains why the US is in such a mess and is going to implode.

Nothing patriotic about painting roundabouts and sticking up flags everywhere. It’s a racist movement trying to disguise itself in patriotism. These people do nothing to unite or improve the lives of people in this country. They are frauds.
NOTHING will prepare you for this 45-second story arc. From "I'm just doing this because I love the flag, it's totally grassroots, and I'm not part of anything political"... to who actually gave him the flags the night before.

Anyone who believes it is an innocent movement needs to see this.

Fossil fuel companies donate $€£billions to politicians and in return get billions in subsidies from our money. Govts declare climate crisis a hoax and fossil fuel companies donate millions…see how it works?

Reform spout far right conspiracy theories about someone who pleaded guilty to a crime and their supporters lap it up. Just like Trump’s America, facts and law do not matter to Reform fundamentalists.
Lucy Connolly was convicted of inciting racial hatred, and her tweet was part of the tinder that lit violence, intimidation, looting, and thuggery across England last year.

The fact Reform conference gave her a standing ovation says everything about that movement.

The Martyrdom of Saint Lucy
The right is desperately seeking to make a martyr out of Lucy Connolly in order to distract from the real victims of the hate she helped to spread, argues Otto English

I’m no fan of Labour but Raynor’s resignation is a huge step up from the Tories’ behaviour under Johnson and every PM since. She broke the Ministerial Code and she’s resigned.

It’s astonishing to see so many people wringing their hands at Labour’s lurch to the right and their disappointment in their year in power. The centre fails to listen to those of us who knew this is who the party is under Starmer and they are part responsible for the rise of Reform.

It’s unacceptable that Coventry is planning on using Palantir for social care. The company that assists Israel commit genocide in Palestine and aid Trump is mass deportations should have no place in the UK.
