This is a regular occurrence now at Sainsbury’s. Even when there is veg, the quality is really bad. Anyone else noticed this in their supermarkets?

Enjoying listening to the birds in the garden this morning. Have a family of blue tits that have nested in a bird house and about 8 starlings coming to collect food for their fledglings. Nice start to a Sunday.

Photos of our Acer taken only 5 days apart. Amazing how quickly the leaves bulk out. Before long it will be twice as dense.

Christmas starts and ends earlier each year. Sainsbury’s has no Christmas cards in stock but are already selling Valentines!
