"Pluralism is a key, a vital, part of these United States. Antioch and Cedarville, within shouting distance of each other. That's America." A journal, for your enjoyment.

At this heartbreaking moment, we pray for Charlie Kirk’s family, and for the future of the country.

May he rest in peace.

When playing an LP, do you begin with Side 1, then after it has reached its proper conclusion, proceed to Side 2? If so, you may be a conservative.

PS: If you're playing 78s, Side 1 to Side 2, you are, almost certainly, a reactionary, or at least a Ralph de Toledanoite.

If Kenton, Bartok and Monk were seamlessly melded, with a dash of Satie and a dot of Feldman, for a French noir set north of the sun, west of the moon, it would approximate Ran Blake. #RanBlake

Routinely, people jump the turnstiles in New York subway stations. (Usually, these are young people.) This disgusts and demoralizes the law-abiding and degrades the general atmosphere. Reapply the lessons of 1993-2013. Without ordered liberty, society is sunk.

When I woke Monday morning I had no idea that by Tuesday evening I'd be the happy owner of a mint-condition Mosrite Ventures guitar.

Stranger things have happened. But not to me.

PS: The neck is... heaven.
