Ahmaud Arbery should be celebrating his 31st birthday today — but instead, we remember a life stolen too soon by racial hatred. While accountability was delivered in both state and federal courts, nothing can bring Ahmaud back to his loved ones. #RestInPower

Rubio terminated 5800 USAID contracts – more than 90% of its foreign aid programs – in defiance of the courts.

Here’s a list of just some of the lifesaving awards that were terminated. Nearly all were Congressionally mandated. They’ve saved millions of lives. 🧵

Marbury v Madison is a seminal case from 1803 that holds that the federal courts must determine the constitutionality of the actions of the other two branches of government. Hope that helps, Stephen.

Elon—the richest man on Earth—is gutting the world’s largest provider of food aid. He could end world hunger single-handedly and still be the richest man alive. But he won’t.

Instead, he spent 40 million on Super Bowl ads attacking USAID!

People need to know that USAID worked diligently to keep America AND the World healthy, clothed, housed, educated, and medicated/hospitalized. This aid was vital!

Then #FELONtrump allowed this 40-year Dept to be disbanded by #Muskrat right after removing the #InspectorGenerals.

Pfizer’s cancer drug commercial was beautiful, but their breast cancer drug Ibrance costs $10k per month and their prostate cancer drug Xtandi costs $22k per month.

Beautiful commercials don’t change the fact that 42% of cancer patients exhaust their life savings in 2 years.

1) this is not his decision to make
2) the Federal Reserve makes decisions on coin supply
3) if Congress wants to halt the production of pennies it can pass a law to do so
4) this will result in shortages without being done in consultation with private sector banks and major retailers
Breaking News: President Trump ordered the Treasury to stop minting pennies, saying the coins cost more to produce than their face value.

Trump was responsible for adding a quarter of that debt in just his first term alone.
BAIER: When do you think families would be able to feel prices going down?

TRUMP: I think we're gonna become a rich-- look, we're not that rich right now. We owe $36 trillion. That's because we let all these nations take advantage of us.

1. Colonization is never the answer.

2. White people are not superior.

3. Trump is not king. Or god. Or even godly for that matter.

Jaw dropping concept-but totally predictable

That FBI agents must sue to protect themselves

*from the president*

and his allies

It’s exactly what you’d expect after he pardoned all the criminals who battered 140 police on January 6

But it doesn’t make it any less disgusting
Strong, accurate, and to the point:

"Plaintiffs reasonably fear that all or parts of this list might be published by allies of President Trump, thus placing themselves and their families in immediate danger of retribution by the now pardoned and at-large Jan. 6 convicted felons."
And it begins.

FBI class action lawsuit against the retaliatory purge.
