Was doing some research on who has standing to sue if the National Capital Planning Commission doesn’t do their job and Google’s AI popped up to tell me a private couple had standing to sue because they had filed a lawsuit and THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS and let me repeat again that AI IS BULLSHIT.

Archie passed exactly one year ago yesterday … but it still feels like just hours ago. I am pretty sure she still visits regularly though. Even so, I miss her terribly.

Legally dubious? A toddler could tell there is absolutely no legal basis by which he can do this that will stand up in court. Not that that matters anymore, but still.
