New from me. A years-long battle with Valve's ineffective moderation rumbles on as bigotry and harassment is given persistent passes on Steam. It leads to lengthy, sometimes traumatic, processes to get content that violates Steam's own guidelines removed – if it ever is. In @theguardian.com.
