Squesh the Deep One Herald points out all the interesting things you can see before being sacrificed to the Master of the Deep.

Photo of a Hot Wheels scale (roughly 1/64ish) light industrial unit set up as a Gaslands team HQ/pit lane garage. This is Myazaki KRE Transmissions (or to those in the know, Big Laura's Trans Missions), the main workshop of Kaiju Racing Enterprises, a Miyazaki racing team on the Gaslands circuit. It is modelled on the kind of standalone light industrial unit that you will find everywhere in the UK (and probably across Europe), with a brick-built first storey and a steel-framed and clad upper half. The unit has a personnel door to the right of the picture, labelled "Reception," and a large roller shutter to the left (both doors are painted grey). The building sits on a large concrete plinth, separated into square blocks with expansion joints. The whole building is very run-down, with obvious rust issues on the upper parts of the building, cracked concrete on the forecourt, gravel aggregating against the walls and greenery sprouting from every crevice. There is a sign above the roller shutter that says in metallic blue allcaps text with a blue drop shadow "Transmissions & Auto Repair - Customs - Racing" and has the Mastercard, Visa and anarcho-communist logos to the right of the sign. Over the reception window and door is a sign reading "Miyazaki - Service - Brakes - KRE Gaslands Racing Specialists" and a phone number- 01634- KAIJU-R. In front of the forecourt is a protective divider, with its own kerb. On top of the divider is gravel and coarse grass. There is apparently a race either on or about to start from in front of the garage, with a number of cars (including KRE's own Dwagon and Godzilla) lined up in front of it. There are a number of cars parked around the garage, and just visible to the rear right of the image is a pile of half-stripped car bodies. The main image (to the right) is is a rear quarter view of the garage showing the two sides not visible in the first image. More of the heavily-weathered walls and roof are visible, including patchy paint repairs here and there. There are two windows along the side of the building, and another two at the rear, between two additional personnel doors, both of which are grey with "No Entry" written on them in bright yellow all-caps. The concrete plinth has been ground down to provide a wheelchair ramp up to each door for accessibility (the weapons officer in one of KRE's cars is disabled, and Big Laura's quite sharp on accessibility). On the left hand side of the building is a stand-pipe feeding the sink and boiler inside the building, as well as the drain pipe coming from the sink and a crude concrete drain leading away from the building. At the upper left of the image is a detail photo showing this stand pipe and drain, along with the door next to it. On the right hand side of the building is another stand pipe with a tap on it, for use outside the building with a hose pipe (for cleaning cars etc). On the lower left is another detail photo, showing the stand pipe and the weeds that have grown up around its base. This picture shows the interior of the unit. At top left is an isometric view of the unit with the roof taken off and the office roof/mezzanine floor removed to reveal as much of the interior as possible. Some of the broad strokes are visible, including the two four-post lifts in the main shop, the mechanism for the roller-shutter door and some of the interior walls etc in the office; notable in this photo also is a set of fire extinguishers just inside the roller shutter on the far side of the entrance, though they aren't fully in focus. Top centre is a top-down layout photo of the whole interior showing the forecourt to the left, office & reception bottom centre and the shop floor layout. You can also just about see part of the big blue bench clamp but it's mostly hidden behind the short lift.

A low view down a wide alley full of leaking trash bags, broken pallets and forgotten shipments. Pizza boxes, recycled packaging and all kinds of dirt and trash litter the alley. Tags and names scrawled on the walls of the rundown, filthy buildings with the painted name of the Escher Matriarch of the Chemtown Blades herself overseeing it all. A higher, diagonal view of the whole alley. More of the trash can be seen from this angle, some piled up, some scattered. The sides of the two smaller buildings can be seen more clearly on the right. Dirty cardboard and other rubbish is scattered and piling up at the foot of the back wall and bulging refuse sacks spill from the gap between the two low, dirty buildings. A narrow, high view of the alley from above. The bright circle of a spotlight pierces the gloom, illuminating the filthy floor just outside the back entrance to the club, maybe from a searching hover. The Enforcers are looking for someone. Colours and shadow as the club's rear door opens, red light spilling from the recessed doorway on the left, lights visible on the rooftop above. Behind the graffitti-covered wall rise the corroded stacks belching smoke and filth into what passes for air around here.

Those Styrofoam Cactuses

Several warhammer ork models are placed in a battle scene between several of the cactuses. An array of warhammer cactuses made of styrofoam balls, toothpicks stuck in, and covered in sand for texture. The bodies are painted in a gradient of dark green to near yellow and the spikes are painted from red to orange. One of the cactuses that I have nicknamed The Snowman due to it being three spheres of decreasing sizes stack on top of each other A work in progress picture of the cactuses. White foam sphere glued to their base and toothpicks inserted, before texture sand was applied to them.

Pepper, a small black rabbit with big black Bunoculars scans the horizon. On a rocky ledge beneath her is her huge sniper rifle. "How can she even use that?" With great accuracy and success. This is a fantasy game. Don't ask stupid questions. To her right is a cluster of lit candles, one for each soul she has sent to the Emperor. Another view, from above, showing how tiny Pepper is compared to her kit. Her Bunoculars are as big as she is! That rifle really is huge, it's a miracle she can wield it so well. What's that, Pepper?
