#FantasyIndiesNovember 5. Last, current, and next reads

I just finished A Parcel of Rogues by Joyce Lionarous. A wonderful medieval mystery.

Next up is Nestlings by Nat Cassidy. I've liked his other stuff so I'm excited for this one.

After that, I'm not sure. There's a long TBR list

So the expansion of the universe may not be accelerating but rather, is slowing. If verified, we're back to where our understanding was by about the 1990s. And our ideas about Dark Energy require revision.

Doing a couple of days of walking and icing my shin after the race yesterday. Still on track for the half-marathon at the end of November. Today will be getting the next ADTR chapter ready for tomorrow and working on book 2, plus assorted shopping and chores around the house.

Wrapped up the 5k with a time of 28:16 (so a hair over 9 mins per mile). Very happy with it.

Up early (for a Saturday) and getting some coffee in me. Today's plan is 1h & 15m on feet, so I'll get in a 45-minute run/walk early, then do the 5k race. That should roughly equal out.

If you bought a signed copy of ADTR, it's officially with the Post Office now. Depending on where you're at in the US, it should be delivered by the 27th or 28th (media mail is sloooow). And again, thank you :) #indieauthors

Book sales have been surprisingly good. Sold almost all of the print copies I ordered, which surprised the hell out of me. Amazon sales are a little slower but that's not surprising. Nothing doing on B&N, Kobo, etc., but it's only been there for less than a week, so not too concerned.

Got in a 10k yesterday. Today was supposed to be an easy run, but I somehow ended up doing a fast 5k. Still on track for the half marathon on Thanksgiving weekend. #running

Here's a 🎁🔗to this article. I am sharing it on NextDoor because the author stresses that people who are about to see their coverage go up *have no idea.* We're about to see a lot more pain, anxiety, and anger if we let this move forward. wapo.st/4q6TLuw . Morning, folks. Quick update: ADTR is formatted, and I'm waiting on a proof copy from Amazon. Hopefully, both print and e-versions will be available by December.

Book 2 (An Empire Drowned) is in process. I'm currently sitting at 17k (so, probably another 100k words to go).
