From yesterday's run. There are very few things I'll miss when we finally move out of Florida, but I will miss the skies.

While playing around with public domain art and book cover design, I've found some incredible works that I really would love to use. The Dance of Death series is one of those. And the sheer volume of amazing woodcuts is mind-boggling.

Anyone know what this little insect is? We've been in FL for 7 years and this is the first time seeing them. They're attached to the Peruvian bowl gourds (mostly on the gourds themselves, but some are on the leaves).

It’s not a little free library, but it’s what I can do (and I have so many seedlings that need homes).

Beautiful sunrise this morning. You can just make out Venus if you expand the pic (second ray from the left, about 3/4 up).

New ADTR will drop in 2 hours. It's a 2-chapter release this time, too. Beta readers might notice some differences.

The last view of Oregon as we flew back to FL on Wednesday (that's the Cascade range below). We were all sad to leave and even sadder to hit the humidity when we stepped foot in Orlando.

We went to the Pacific Coast yesterday (Tunnel Beach just outside Tillamook) and it did not disappoint.

We’re traipsing around Portland, Oregon, and it’s been pretty darn incredible.

Cloudy and cool - a nice change from FL’s heat. We’re pretty close to the Columbia Gorge, so hiking and exploration are high on our list.

A little over 5.5 miles for this morning's run. The goal was to try to maintain close to the same pace across the whole thing. Pretty proud of how consistent those splits are. #blueskyrunners

Took yesterday off running due to some tightness behind my right knee. Back to it this morning and all was good. 5.6 miles at slightly faster than race pace to get the day going.
