so much of the holdup on redredhat2 had been about working through the realtime element of the show—being sure that the time between the end of Arc I and the time gap between seasons was accounted for in Arc II.
once i hit “fuck it” on that, the writing process became so much simpler

the scariest thing about being nomadic is having to explain the concept of “relative safety” to people that spent their whole lives housed.
