I notice in my community numerous conferences featuring fraudsters. Along with people who stated that it's time to move on, and the lesson has been learned etc. Of course people who called out fraud are typically excluded.

I wonder if other communities went through this and have they survived?

Denmark is a very disappointing country for research integrity. The University of Copenhagen is a cover-up facility. The national committee is meek and cannot be appealed to my whistleblowers. The journalists don't cover it. The code of conduct is good, but empty words. Shame on DK.
Astonishing to see a public broadcaster like Danmarks Radio still pumping out client journalism for Microsoft — pages of breathless repetition of corporate BS, including claims of an 8 topological qubit chip, tempered by just a few words of surface-level skepticism.

I have a question to Nature (communications): if you publish a correction soooo extensive PLUS an Editorial Expression of Concern, why not just retract the paper?

This is Microsoft-Delft, from 2017.

2025 Anaheim Global Physics Summit was overwhelmed by nonsensical noise presented by MSFT as evidence of a topological qubit after claiming to the world they had built one.

Appropriately still from the corrupt website, still afraid to use his own name, Das Sarma concedes that the MSFT 'qubit' generates 'nonsensical noise'.

And also, Dr. CMTC, where is your code from the fraudulent retracted Nature paper on 'Quantized Majorana Conductance'? It's been 5 years...

And I am missing Matthias who could perhaps talk about Tunnel Vision to cover all 3 causes of unreliable research?

But since they won’t be emailing all attendees to promote my talk (as they did for Microsoft), I’d really appreciate help spreading the word.
