I'm not just a better person because of discovering both Discworld and Mystery Science Theater 3000 as a teen in the late 90s. I also likely wouldn't be alive if I hadn't since both also saved me from myself during a long period of intense suicidal depression.
CONCLUSION:

Many of us have foundational media - stories that are at the core of who we are as a person. For a lot of us, Discworld is our foundation.

I'm a better person today because I read these books. I hope those of you discovering it for the first time have a similar experience.

MST3K:The Rifftrax Experiments just keeps becoming more & more of a "best of both worlds" MST3K×Rifftrax mash-up. And I couldn't be happier or more pleased to see it.

If people don't think it was intentionally fake sounding, they should listen to the Japanese version. It sounds like someone throttling a duck voiced by Gilbett Gottfried.

Help us spread the love to Final Fantasy content creators who are a bit smaller and more importantly non-toxic!
Was looking for some #FinalFantasy starter packs.

Didn’t find much so decided to start a small one, especially for smaller creators.

Just grabbed the first few in our contacts, going to add several more.

Please tag yourself or any creators you love below and I’ll add them!

❤️ Final Fantasy fans!

Why I love LeVar Burton reason #112,657.

Even though the VISOR was uncomfortable, caused headaches, and was kinda painful, he rejected the idea of Geordi La Forge having his blindness cured after Season 2 because he felt that would have been disrespectful & a disservice to blind people.

So Late Night comedians can't have Democratic politicians on their shows because of the Fairness Doctrine? Okay, just curious, what's the rule banning news anchors from asking follow up questions or holding any Republican to account ever. That doctrine has been enforced like a motherfucker.

An easy pick for me.

The left is wary about technology because the truly great inventions all seem to get killed by capitalism.

Either "Escape(The Pina Colada Song)" or a circus calliope version of Entry of the Gladiators.
What’s the WORST song to get beat up to? I’ll go first:

Why am I just now finding out Weird Al did a beautiful version of What Is Life for a George Harrison tribute concert?

Let's see. How many ways can I say "Hell no!"?
Writers if you could drop your novel or short story into an AI and have it make a great and watchable movie out of your story, and you could sell that movie, would you do it? #writers #WritingCommunity

Case in point.
Planet Psychlo has an atmosphere that ignites in the presence of radiation. Meaning it has no naturally occurring radioactive decay, and therefore, the planet's very nature ridiculously violates the second law of thermodynamics.
Battlefield Earth is terrible, but it might be the greatest unintentionally hilarious science fiction film of all time.

I cannot stress how much I loathe gen a/i. Not just for the massive ethical, legal, and environmental problems it causes, but because it hijacking all conversations about machine learning tech has (understandably but regrettably) turned some people against all machine learning tech.
That's why I'll never use gen a/i despite the fact I can not draw. Respect those who can do what you can not and their talent. Fuck gen a/i. If you can't draw or write or whatever, hire an actual person who can. Have someone do for you what you can't do and support them in the process.

I'm torn. 1982 horror film House on Sorority Row is kind of a cult classic, but its 2009 loose remake Sorority Row, while worse, also has Carrie Fisher brandishing a shotgun.
