Bill passed the Senate 17-12 and is now being debated in the House.
If the bill clears the Senate, I don't think it will have much difficulty in the House as long as Minority Leader Pattie McCoy can keep her caucus in line for the governor. #vtpoli
If my math is right, the Senate has the votes to pass H.454. We'll know for sure when they come back from lunch (currently thinking around 2-2:30), but the geographic/ideological coalitions could be goofy. #vtpoli
