I’m a scientist who studies how climate change impacts our lives and the places we love.

Most of us are worried, but many feel stuck on what to do. If that's the way you feel, check out this list below!

We can’t fix it alone, but I know we can together. 💚

This snapshot of top climate news on @carbonbrief.org really captures global climate politics in this historical moment: full-on denial in the US, ambivalence and greenwashing in the UK, and a new implementation of 1+N, a "zone specific environmental management system," in China.

If the US leaves WHO, this wouldn't happen before January 2026 at the earliest, and Congress might try to block it.

The US provides a large contribution to WHO, so the loss of those funds would impact WHO's ability to react quickly to global pandemics.

As more and more famous men are outed as sexually inappropriate, predatory, and/or violent, let’s remember that these behaviours start with ‘banter’ which goes unchecked.

Add a dose of power and status and these men appear to feel legitimised to use women how they choose.

Call out all misogyny.
