What I need to see is this scene taking more stock in these new teams and players that are coming up. There's a lot of competition i'm seeing in NA from teams like Freeflow, Duck Motif, and Gourmet Race. I want to see more content around them and +1 voting to be more open to the new suggests.
#compsplatoon a lot of top players will be retiring after the NA League and I was wondering what exactly do the new gens need for them to stay motivated to improve or get to the level we all were at before we quit

In any sport, physical or electronic, access to quality resources is essential.
It is not a surprise that western teams got sent to losers in the Splat World Series. You cannot expect the best players in the west to beat the best region in the world if they never consistently practice against them.
