Totally disagree on this one. Letting states run everything gives even more power to corporations, who can blackmail local governments, forcing them into a competition of ever lower corporate taxes, environmental standards, labour laws etc. It would be far better to have more federal legislation.

Right wing politicians want you to think you're alone with your green opinions. You are not.
If the answers had included a "wealth tax on billionnaires" option, I'm pretty sure the approval would have been even higher.
A majority of U.S. adults agree on increasing income tax rates for upper-income Americans (63%) and increasing tax revenues by making major changes to the federal tax code (54%) to reduce the federal debt.

It's funny to have to make this case but tbqh we don't make it enough: human efforts to counter fossil fuel use have had *at least some* effect on total greenhouse gas emissions since the signing of the Paris Agreement in 2015, and there's some evidence to back up this position

In France we have a law that says they have to ask you before printing a receipt. In practice, no one I see at the grocery store ever asks for the receipts (at least for food items)
