A "solo" project of a Finnish soundtrack nerd. Into experimentation, creative collaborations and various sorts of subcultural curiosities.

Name refers to Cristobal Tapia de Veer and Lucrecia Dalt. Mask drawing by Pertti Jarla.

A humble attempt to capture the essence of our recent performance in Seiväs, Kouvola.

Pre-recorded shit plus live tuba, didgeridoo, Wurlitzer, strange self-made instruments plugged into heaps of effect pedals, and my questionable vocal improvisations.

Horror movie music for puzzled pensioners.

Some grifters could also argue that the pronoun detail is there to mock us woke folks, if their audience seems to think that's the way to own the libs.

Here in Finland, ranting and whining about pronouns would be even sillier, as we all are gender-neutral 'hän' (they) in third person.
His name is literally "HE-MAN". The most pronoun name ever.

I constantly play this game of "are grifters really this dense, or do they just expect their audience to be?" The answer is both obviously but it still hurts my brain seeing the endless feedback loop of asshole to asshole reinforcement.

An old friend of mine, who goes by the names Soved and KaiH, has painted all sorts of street art on similar surfaces here in Lahti. Frogs, gas masks, Yoda, Snoopy, Chaplin... I've yet to see him do gore art publicly, maybe this will inspire him.
Friend sent this to me today. It’s in Seattle. Hadn’t seen it on here yet so I figured I’d share.

This is what the entire world sees. If you've ever wondered how Germans in the 1930s could have ever been so fucking stupid — you now have your answer. 😳👇

Indecline nerds have peculiar passion projects.

'A modern-day adaptation of "Romeo & Juliet" built entirely from over 700 Wu-Tang Clan tracks [...] stands as a testament to the creative mind and spirit as we collectively battle the rise and threat of Artificial Intelligence.'

It's been years since a voice actor caused a severe melblancesque meltdown.

Exquisite silliness.
Italian voice actor Carlo Bononi was the voice of all of the characters on Pingu. A trained clown by trade, he used a theater technique called grammelot, which consists of "speaking" in a mix of babbled gibberish noises. He improvised all the voices live and unscripted.

I just received a set of .wav files to experiment with. The guy who recorded them has mostly played metal, but it was Mr. Bungle that united us, so I can't guess if his stuff is tango, triphop, grindcore, deep house, or acoustic guitar and drunk humming.

Our project is as coherent as this fuckface.
Another proud day for America.

What I'm about to type is sacrilegious, I know.

Still.

This version, of possibly my least favourite Portishead song, is way better than the original.

I stumbled upon some interesting Polish jazz on BandCamp while doomscrolling. I was reading an article about gruesome ACAB shit that Americans have to endure at the moment when this tune started playing in the background.

Take a look at the title. Fashynating coincidence.

I knew about Imagination Library, but had no idea Parton's project is gifting more books than far-right fuckwits could manage to burn.
🎈Happy Birthday Dolly Parton!🎈

In 1995, Dolly launched Imagination Library. The first order was for ~1,700 books. In 2023, it sent 2MM books 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 to children around the world. In its 30 years, her organization has now gifted >300,000,000 books.
