Until the US ends the drug war, provides ample healthcare, stops sending people to foreign prisons, stops kidnapping immigrants, and stops using solitary confinement - NO I will NOT stop talking about politics.

Upcoming doc about the businesses making money off of school shootings.

i was in middle school when shooter drills became a regular thing.

It's creating a rise in "anti shooter" tech.

This country is a joke.

Just about everyone, regardless of political party, can agree: food poisoning is the worst. But Trump’s FDA staffing cuts mean fewer safety inspections of food facilities, putting us all at greater risk of getting very sick, or in the most severe cases, dying.

Foreign Food Safety Inspections Hit Historic Low After Trump Cuts
The dramatic shift in oversight comes at a time when the U.S. has never been more reliant on foreign food, which accounts for the vast majority of the nation’s seafood and more than half its fresh fru...

Is the shutdown over? Not yet.
Tonight’s vote was only step 1 of 5.
There’s still another 60-vote hurdle, amendments, AND then the House.
Pressure matters right now—especially on Kaine, Rosen, Hassan, Shaheen.
Stay loud.

This. Giving in to terrorists never works.
Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.

Wow, huge credit to Katie and the rest of the nutrition team at @centeronbudget.bsky.social. USDA has now issued revised numbers because CBPP caught them either accidentally or intentionally making huge errors that would severely underfund SNAP, in direct violation of court orders.

I watched several of Trump's videos from 2014 and much earlier over the course of the past few days and footage of Jan 6th I hadn't seen before.
Trump has always been a very racist pos who creates chaos, distress, and violence.
He loves this sh**.
He wants an excuse to murder people.
Pyschopath. 😈

Excessive force. PERIOD!

They called them “violent mobs,” but the violence came from the guys with badges and body armor.

📌 Keep sharing videos, everyone, because they’re evidence.

Once we topple the Trump GOP fascist regime every ICE agent needs to be identified and interrogated and then charaged with assault and battery - kidnapping. Keep taking video and photos - this will be evidence used to charge these thugs with the terrorism they have brought to America's streets..

Pope Leo calls for ‘deep reflection’ about treatment of detained migrants in U.S.
“Many people who have lived for years and years and years, never causing problems, have been deeply affected by what is going on right now,” Chicago-born pope says.
