Communication is key!
While it may not feel great, telling your team you forsee being late on a deadline ASAP is HUGE for making everyone's life easier. Tasks can be juggled around, others may be able to pick up the slack.
But none of that can happen if you don't communicate.

Y'all gotta get better at communicating.
Some of y'all are approaching 30, or past it, still unable to communicate your thoughts & feelings with other people.
Even if it feels tough, it's better to communicate your inability to communicate with others than just ghosting them for days or weeks.

im so sad that em dashes have been co-opted by ai text gen as a em dash heavy user without people automatically assuming im using ai its so GRRRR let me have my em dashes!!!
i don't even use it in the same way ai uses--to provide more context like this-- and it still happens!!
