What do you say? One of the best baseball games I've ever seen, but it broke the wrong way. Devastating, disappointing, brutal. But that shouldn't take away from what these Jays did this year. Absolutely my favourite Jays team, the most engaging, the easiest to root for, the most beautiful.

Tonight, for game 7, I'm at the Starlight in Stratford, in some regards an upgrade over Boston Pizza, though the former has about 96 fewer screens than the latter. Baseball brings you to some interesting places.

Okay, folks, big night. For reasons not worth getting into I'm in a Boston Pizza on the outskirts of Stratford, Ontario, watching with a few dozen total strangers. These are odd circumstances, and I wish I was watching at home with my people, but from another angle this is perfect too. Go Jays.
