Very interesting food for thought. I feel a long way off the pace right now.
My best guesses about what AI will mean for content strategists in the next few years.

– Content strategy, IA, and CX skills will become even more important. But some industries will have to learn that the hard way.

– Dedicated writing roles will become less common.

A landmark event this week as our team launch our new provision for prospective undergraduates: study.ed.ac.uk/undergraduate This is a first release as we rollout an overhauled provision for prospective students across 2025. Four years in the making, this is a massive team achievement. Very proud :)

I've been reflecting on my visit last week to @ucl.ac.uk and the generosity of colleagues there. Absolutely blown away by the scaled agile planning process that's been adopted, not least by the culture and overall feel of the ceremony. A really people-centred process ❤️ blogs.ed.ac.uk/future-stude...

Thrilled to be a guest at @ucl.ac.uk today to observe their Termly Increment process (their flavour of scaled agile). So much to take in, so many people generous with their time.
