Thank you to everyone who watched, donated, raided, chatted, and streamed with us yesterday. This is a really insane amount of money that you all raised and it’s going to help a lot of people in Minnesota! We’ll be back on Monday to watch a depressed 51 year old man eat a burger in his Honda.

One of the 50 million things an editor does when selecting what shot comes next is think where the audience's eyes should be - where were they looking at the end of the last shot and where will they be looking next, it's how you guide a viewer thru a scene and story. Ai can't do that, as shown here

I’m nearing the end of Star Ocean the Second Story R, and what a remake. What a weird, cool game. But whew, I’d forgotten just how much the vibes and weirdness carried things because these boring characters sure aren’t! Also none of the conversations pass the Bechdel test

Gave Wilds a brief whirl post-patch, and… I guess it runs a little better? At the very least, I can finally run high res textures without everything becoming a herky jerky disaster, but I feel like frame gen is still a necessity on my machine. Will have to try a few battles later

I'm a fan of Sakurai's Steampunk games in general, but I think many people would call this one the "classic" in the series. Grateful I got the chance to work on it!

Finally got around to watching Scum’s Wish to completion, and damn do I love me some highly flawed, three-dimensional characters in a real fucked up plot. It’s the kinda thing that could have mondo sucked if not for its brilliant writing, but damned if I didn’t tear up multiple times. An all-timer

I was expecting it to be some degree of a pain in the ass to connect my Linux desktop to my TV for the purpose of playing games, but it’s honestly way less of a pain than Windows ever was. Doesn’t make a mess of my desktop icons, even! I like my computer again. Also Star Ocean R is a gorgeous game
