“We have plenty of recommendations and proposals. In our lands lie our source of life, our stewardship, our future. Through time, we have learned to mitigate and adapt. We want to be part of the conversation.” #DecolonizeCOP30

'We are not here for theater': Can the 'most Indigenous COP' live up to the hype?
Brazil’s push to spotlight Indigenous voices at COP30 could redefine what inclusion looks like — or expose how shallow it’s been.

Injustice requires silence to take root and grow.

🗣️ But feminist activists are its fierce, daily opposition. They speak truth to power to demand a more just world and they are targeted—often by the state actors they challenge.

They won't give up. We won’t either. www.linkedin.com/pulse/femini...

I saw Miss Major speak once; she received many questions about handling hard things, e.g. burnout, disagreement w/ allies, etc.

Over and over, Miss Major gave a short and pointed reply which basically boiled down to “You get up, every day, and you do the work.”

So let’s do the work, for her.
“Major never abandoned the struggle against fascism, which is to say, the fight to free us all… the way to honor Major is to keep hammering holes in the walls that confine us, and to expand the trans and queer spaces she built.”
