Just realized my last two posts are about corn.
In my part of Appalachia, we grill a lot of rosineers for Memorial Day. I was today years old when I learned that it’s actually “roasting ears” (of corn) that we’re trying to say. Thought it was some fancy French term for corn on the cob I reckon.
