This week, we are delighted to welcome Kelsey Akers to the SBC family as a PhD student. Her research examines clothing designed or made by Jewish Holocaust survivors in the post-war years, either in their material form, photographic representations, or oral descriptions

Today we welcome Dmitri Abrahams, who recently joined The Stanley Burton Centre for Holocaust and Genocide Studies as a PhD student. His research examines the creation, evolution, and reception of Holocaust memory in South Africa (1947–2009).
