A federal judge issued a permanent injunction against Trump's last election related executive order in January, finding that the president does not have the authority to unilaterally alter election procedures. The same thing will happen with this one.

You probably won't be surprised that ICE agents lied in court, but you might be that they could face consequences.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons said the agents could be fired and criminally charged.
