The word ‘outrage’ consists of neither ‘out’ nor ‘rage’.
Instead, it comes from an Old French word for “excess”.
‘Outrage’ used to be pronounced /outridge/, just like ‘garbage’ is /garbidge/, but it was influenced by the unrelated word ‘rage’.

8.5/10 for #jDrama #Anpan - only my 2nd asadora. True to life to the end: sweet, poignant, sad, upbeat. Now on to #SniperButterfly then my PTW, mostly catchup on #cDrama #jDrama & #kDrama I didn't get to last year. If 1 C-title seems VERY 'not me' the answer is: CCTV - I'm gonna give it a try😉

I've always thought the two best things about #kDrama #KillMeHealMe Were Ji Sung's outstanding performance as 7 characters and the song Auditory Hallucination. So seeing Ji Sung post a still from the Drama on his IG complete with audio from that song and a comment on the lyrics was 😍
