The state of FOIA is a disgrace. I'm now regularly having to wait a half decade for responses. This hurts the public because the fewer documents journalists can obtain under FOIA, the more we have to rely on anonymous sources

People keep saying Trump's lawsuit against Ann Selzer is absurd, but the absurdity is the point. If he can sue for something this baseless, critics will be intimidated, fearing his legal terror will target them.
