Saw Predator: Badlands, and it’s sick as heck despite seeing this in probably the worst environment I have in a long time. Dead pixel at the AMC XL screen at the Glendale Americana that showed a red dot on the screen the entire time, but also kids and everyone were talking throughout the entire film

Whenever it rains in LA, I’m always reminded by the limitless possibility of how stupid people are, specifically when people drive without their lights on. It’s not just protection for other people so they can see you, which you should care about, it’s also to protect you too, SO PEOPLE CAN SEE YOU!

Today is a good day to remember, and to say, that the #MeToo movement was right, and was righteous, and has been vindicated over and over again. There was no overreach. There was no excess. There was no they-went-too-far.

So much work remains to be done.

It's not even a minute past the time reservations opened up and all of the Pokémon Cafe spots were taken again. IDK how I got them last time, but good lord this process and demand is wild

Someone pat me on the shoulder, I was able to book reservations at the Kirby Cafe at both Osaka and Tokyo locations simultaneously right as the December dates opened up tonight. That was super stressful. Sadly, still having no luck to get a reservation at the Pokémon Cafe so far, but we will persist

Have R senators? (Like me?) Call Schumer’s office to tell him you will never donate to another D senate campaign again as long as he’s Senate leader. Tell him this deal is a shameful joke and a betrayal.

(202) 224-6542
I just did this and if nothing else it was cathartic. I said I would make it my life’s mission to make sure there’s a primary challenger for any D involved in this deal, it’s fucking embarrassing.
So, listen, call Schumer’s office no matter where you live, no matter if you’re registered to vote. Leave a voicemail that says if Senate Dems cave without an ACA premiums fix, you will never vote for or donate to another Senate Democrat as long as he is Leader

Everyone commenting that nobody wants this — nor does it address the reasons people no longer shop there — is obviously right! But I wanna point out another thing:

This very nefariously transfers ~blame~ for the company’s performance (ahem, repercussions for its choices) onto store employees
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.

They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.

If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."

🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.
Target is now requiring its employees to smile more
As the holiday season fast approaches, Target is urging its employees to add a little more “jolly” to their work routine.
