Please do not refer to the CDC for health information or advice anymore. It has been bastardised and now full of misinformation.

Very disheartening to see what was once a leading public health platform has turned into.

A dangerous blunder to push horrid agendas with RFK led HHS & GOP led Govt.

HOLY SHIT. They found the genes for fibromyalgia - and it's *not* autoimmune, it's the central nervous system. It's very cool to see some progress made on the thing that's ruined my life since late teenage years!
Medical Republic: 'Fibromyalgia finally gets a genetic fingerprint'

'Additionally, certain risk loci overlapped with long covid (BPTF) and ME/CFS (OLFM4, RABGAP1L/GPR52), two poorly characterised disorders, albeit with different lead variants.'

Beautiful. I loved getting into judo during the Paris Olympics for the same reasons — Competitors can and do overcome sometimes massive disparities in age, weight, experience. It’s always a lively (and often quick!) competition! But displays the power and beauty of sumo as a sport 🩷 I’m a new fan.
One of the coolest things that happened in the lower sumo divisions the other day was this 16 y/o amateur rikishi named Kosei facing a 39 y/o rikishi named Amamidake & somehow managing to defeat him with real sumo!

Never give up!
