This is how I feel about Kamen Rider Zero-One. They talk a lot about AI in that show, but it’s true Artificial Intelligence there. There is nothing intelligent about modern-day ai.
I love themes about finding humanity in fictional robots because they exist in an impossible world where they can be sentient and have feelings and wants and a 'human' experience. GenAI is a billionaire's faulty toy that he desperately wants to sell you because he hates paying people!!!

Ok Rintaro, youve spent the entirety of Kamen Rider Saber whining and hiding in the Southern Base but holy shit Ep 32 may have sold me on you as a character. Tategami Hyoujuusenki is a GORGEOUS suit with versatile powers! And Rintaro using the sacred book and the legacy of previous swordsmen is rad.

I agree with every part of this and as an additional point: AI DOESN’T UNDERSTAND SATIRE. Here’s my favorite example of what happened when you google “How many small rocks should I eat?” And it pulls from The Onion. If your “research tool” can’t identify satire it’s not worth shit.

As a parent of a 4 year old I fucking HATE THIS. She loves princesses, we watch D+ stuff all the time. But what’s going to happen when she suddenly sees an advertisement of Olaf hanging out with Ariel? That AI garbage isn’t going to be MPA rated, it could be Olaf stabbing Ariel with his carrot.
