One of the shitty things about the racist and anti-lgbtq extremist direction of this administration (and all those like them) is people and corporations quit celebrating, or even supporting, marginalized people to avoid 'trouble.'

Fuck trouble. Fuck bigots.

Raise your voice.

You can tell a lot about someone from the reactions to their death.

Be in life the person who will be missed in death.

when you are asked to imagine a world without ICE, you're basically being asked to remember where you were when Lilo & Stitch came out

Voter fraud is extremely rare. School shootings are not. Priorities matter, and are often a matter of life or death.

The message from the White House this morning is that, once again, it falls on ordinary American citizens to remain calm and professional when dealing with the heavily armed agents of the government because they are very emotional and might fly off into a murderous rage at the slightest insult.

* 8 people shot
* 5 of which were U.S. citizens
* 2 died
* no victims drew a weapon

The playbook: Agents box in a vehicle, block attempts to flee, then fire

Columbo! I love the flipping of the whodunnit trope into a howcatchem. I prefer the original run of episodes over the ABC episodes, but they all hit that nostalgia button. I especially like the soundscape of the early episodes with phones and typewriters, etc.
