I too would be Auto-Trans if my doctor wasn't too much of a coward to agree to my plan of modifying an insulin pump to dose estrogen instead....

It's definitely a "For the Fans" kinda experience and you're 100% paying Theme Cafe Pricing.
But the portions are generous and the food is all tasty.
If you're in Tokyo, it's absolutely worth the Trip to Ikebukuro!
