drink ur water. stretch ur wrists, ur ankles, ur hips, ur shoulders, ur back. go for a walk around the room. do ur lip trills and scales. massage the tension out of every part of ur face and neck. whether u draw, sing, dance, act, write, code, paint, etc... this shit will catch up to u so quick

Just finished catching up on the half I missed and gosh what a treat this was! They literally voiced the entirety of the Coils raids, and seeing their reactions to their characters' story in context is so fun ❤️ I'm so glad they did this! Appreciate them essentially doing a 7-hour recording session 😄

To keep things 100: I've been spending the summer diving into some underlying chronic health issues and was diagnosed with Endometriosis after 10+ years of symptoms + I'm becoming an RA and due for training soon + I'm a full-time acting student! (1/2)
