🍰 Baked a cocoa/coffee-based Chocolate Loaf Cake and prepared some Vanilla Mascarpone Cream yesterday, which were both left to set overnight.
Just piped the whipped cream on top.
Came out sort of okay. Will be stuffing my face this weekend. I don’t anticipate it lasting very long 😋
