It's very weird to hold Zohran Mamdani's accomplishments so far up as proof of the ineffectiveness of Dems on the federal level.

He's a Dem exec in a city with a Dem legislature in a state with a Dem trifecta.

You won’t find qualified immunity in our legal code—it was made up by the Supreme Court in Harlow v. Fitzgerald (1982). As a Senator, I would overturn that heinous decision so that people brutalized by ICE could sue those thugs in their personal capacity for millions in damages.
