There’s a phrase in WI that Madison is an island “surrounded by reality,” and I refuse to believe that a rich guy in Waukesha driving a huge truck and getting a steady drip of right wing slop on tv and social media is more in tune with reality than me
Another good practice for the New Year would be for all the non-fascists in America who want to opine about politics to really begin believing that urban America is Real America & that its denizens are The Authentic People. Get some self-respect & drop the volkish nationalist view that they're not
And I think liberals should stop taking the bait and ceding ground on immigration.

In the year of our Lord 2025, not having a single gay romance option in a visual novel videogame is just plain dumb.

I was initially interested in the game until I found out there’s no gay romance option. I’m too old to be forced to play straight.
