United States Senator Mark Kelly, a retired naval officer, has been censured by
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth for voicing certain opinions on military actions and
policy. In addition, he has been subjected to proceedings to possibly reduce his retirement
rank and pay and threatened with criminal prosecution if he continues to speak out on these
issues.
Secretary Hegseth relies on the well-established doctrine that military
servicemembers enjoy less vigorous First Amendment protections given the fundamental
obligation for obedience and discipline in the armed forces. Unfortunately for Secretary
Hegseth, no court has ever extended those principles to retired servicemembers, much less a retired servicemember serving in Congress and exercising oversight responsibility over

They were literally games meant for young children to teach them educational things. Another similar game was Mario Early Years, which taught colors, shapes, and other pre-school things.
Of course they're going to be "bad games" to an adult who wouldn't be entertained by that.

More often than not, when people are nostalgic for some sort of "better times" it's because they were privileged children who grew up in a privileged family of the time and got to benefit from parts of society that were always inaccessible to people who weren't from middle-class white families.
I understand nostalgia for simpler times. But let's be honest: most of those times actually really sucked. They were also probably even suckier if you were Black, or Brown, or Indigenous, or queer, or AFAB, or trans, or liked not getting sick and dying from preventable diseases,
