In any sane civilised country, a leader who acted like this would be out of office so fast his shoe lifts wouldn't touch the ground. Disgraceful mysogeny. What a vile stain on humanity.

Pulled all the muscles in my left side a few days ago. Been trying to lie down in bed, not good, sit up, not good, lie on sofa, not good. Kind of running out of options, but enjoying being slathered in deep heat 24/7. Could do with more than three hours sleep.

Beautiful morning. During the birdies breakfast Kai and Bobbie had a visit from the wild flock of galahs. 100s of them in the garden Gave them some food. Now I'm thinking this might not be wise, hopefully they'll forget this cafe exists!

Watching the BBC news this morning. Gary O'Donoghue was reporting live about the Epstein files from Washington and quoting from the emails by reading from them in Braille in real time, lightening fast too. Respect!!

Just made a meatloaf for dinner. I'm a traditionalist and put boiled eggs down the centre. Ages ago, on a whim, I bought an egg pricker in a $2 shop. Used it for the first time today and I've never deshelled a boiled egg easier in my life! Game changer, get one!
