If they cared about children's safety they would understand this act disproportionately affects kids who are abused, unsafe or closeted at home. Do inequalities include a nurse asking me how to read my deadname multiple times and after telling her I don't use that name anymore, her doing a piss poor job at taking my blood and leaving my arm bruised as hell and super painful? but it could also be a coincidence ofc ! !
