I saw that yesterday, and they’re so ignorant… talking about how the monks are claiming spiritual territory and how it’s war… and how people are wrong for celebrating them. A walk for peace. 😒

Some of the new slang makes me think people never knew the real meaning of certain words or phrases, but even once they’ve learned it, they said f it I’m using it anyway.

As I go up in weight, I have to tuck my elbows more on bench. I have long arms lol so I know it’s gonna feel awkward, but supposedly it makes things easier for long-armed lifters. So I’ll see tomorrow.
