I was at Costco yesterday and nearly everyone there was talking on their phone. Is that a thing now, catching up with calls while shopping? It makes for a lot of oblivious people blocking aisles. I never thought I would say this, but I now hate shopping.

For several of my friends, this will be the 1st Christmas after losing a loved one. I'm sure there are some of you in the same boat.
