Abolish ICE and fire all agents is the moderate position.
I just got tear gassed along with thousands of union members, many of whom had their families with them. Federal agents at the ICE facility tear gassed children. We must abolish ICE, DHS, and we must have prosecutions. I expect to see enforcement of our city code prohibiting the use of tear gas.

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

Last night we wrapped up Day 4 of “LOTR, The Christmas Rewatchening of LOTR (™)” with the second half of LOTR The Two Towers. LOTR 2T has perhaps the best opening sequence in all of filmdom. Tonight for Day5 we move to the first half of LOTR Return of the King.
Still the best movie trilogy ever.
