Gluten shows up in the weirdest places. I was making myself an ice cream sundae last night and popped an Amarena cherry in my mouth. Looked at the label a few minutes later and saw the syrup has wheat in it. 💀
Now I feel like shit, have no energy and my entire body aches. Good times.

I’m 1/3 of the way into “No Life Forsaken” and I’m loving Bornu Blatt the faithless inquisitor of Va’Shaik.

I spent a couple of hours last night digging out my driveway so we could get the car out if we needed to. This morning there is a 4 or 5 foot tall, 6+ foot mountain of slop blocking it thanks to the snow plows deciding it was a great place to push everything from the intersection. 😭💀

I have this tendency to fill my time with constant input. Reading, listening to podcasts, having music on in the background. I’ve been trying to change that lately. I think about this quote from “Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind” a lot. Heading out to shovel snow now with no headphones. 😂
