I love talking about my kids, but (without ever really thinking about it) I've always had the impression that this is a no-go small talk topic? Like people talking about their pets — you're happy for them, but also to you it's just cat?

(I've never understood how 'attention seeker' is one of the top insults/dismissers on social media. Surely we, social animals, are built to seek attention? And why is it so bad if we do? And, fucksake, IT’S SOCIAL MEDIA — WHY ELSE IS ANYONE HERE!?)
It’s nuts the crap people believe about me. Someone even thinks I leafleted schools to scare boys into getting vaccinated! That may just sound silly, but misinformation and disinformation like this means some people want me and others like me jailed or even dead. It’s heartbreaking.

I will not, as discussed before, read another single story that is clutching pearls about people's reproductive choices. But every time I see one, I'll remind you that there is no economic problem that cannot be solved with immigration and/or taxing wealth hoarders.

Aw, the methylphenidate is grounding me so I only feel tired and a bit ill and not at all like I'm the most brilliant charming amazing person on the planet. What a chiz
I am trying out being hungover while on methylphenidate. And doing the front-desk at work. I'm expecting excitement.
I would love if nz bluesky posted a bit more about what they themselves are doing, and not just what politicians are doing.
Could just be eating toast, walking dogs, finding pretty sea shells.
