I wonder what this excuse sounds like to the global south, or any country exploited by the major powers. At what point does an electorate accept responsibility for its leadership? How many decades of #NotMyWar? Our taxes did this, but not “us”, y’know? Happy we cleared that up, Have a nice death 👋

People everywhere have to stop looking for a karmic referee to correct us back into legislative harmony. White House policy is now “laws are for those who don’t have the cards.”

I’m at the point where whenever a headline is full-on Vichy I have to half-remember this is crazy but also half-remember that we can’t stay in that space if we’re going to figure how to break the New Terms of Violence.
I tink it’s smart to have a bunch of Florida queens while the state becomes a flashpoint for drag’s right to exist. Launch the careers of more seasoned queens who know themselves and have the connections to galvanize their communities.
A strong Canada AND US season of Drag Race in the same year? I guess I’ll hang on a little while longer.

Replaced two tires the day before NYE, the car shut down coming back from a friend group trip, now stuck 250mi until at least Tuesday. Tonight we’re at the emergency vet because one of our cats was in “never acted like this before” pain
