The numbers are out for 2023 & COVID cont'd. to be the leading infectious cause of death in Canada, killing more people than all other contagious diseases combined!
But, w/ "just" 8000 dead, it dropped from 4th leading cause of death overall to 6th place.

Solar PV is now the cheapest way to generate electricity, bar none. If your country has not yet fully decarbonized its electrical generation and is not yet offering you free electricity, the ONLY reason is the fossil fuel industry having control of your politicians.
it doesn’t get any clearer that america’s betrothal to fossil fuels is about letting energy companies pick our pockets to prop up their obsolete industry
Australia has so much electricity from solar power that it is going to start offering free electricity to everyone for at least three hours during the day as the wholesale price of power goes negative
