Do you want to know where the Garcia case legally stands? (I see it as the judge building a stronger case for non-compliance. This way if it goes back to the Supreme Court there will be a strong record. This seems smarter than playing for power. Much is at stake here).
Judge Xinis is set to haul the government in front of her bench over the next two weeks and make them explain under oath what they're doing.
I know the timeline seems awful given that Kilmar remains locked up. But this is not a case where she can just order him brought back tomorrow, given Bukele.
