Anyone seen a decrease in their #HRV with no significant change in routine?
I nearly double my HRV from low 30s to high 60s (Ave) only to see it crash to 30s over the past month.
Still lifting with #pump app 3 days a week. Only change has been no grounding. Thoughts?

Amazingly terrible story about the American health insurance industry and those that help enable its profit to the detriment of people (it’s paying clients!)

In 2005, my mom died from cancer, but the real cause was the actions taken by an insurance company 12 years earlier. What happened to her was evil, hard to identify or fight, and hidden from the public by legal mechanisms. Because of that, I have no idea how often it has happened.
